The magnificence of Hobart's town hall definitely helped my book launch go with a swing. About 150 people, great period music from musicians Emily Wolfe and Violet Harrison-Day, a wonderful launch speech from Henry Reynolds, and great compering from my dear son Ted. Friends were marvellous, selling books, bringing food, pouring drinks and generally rallying round, and I loved it. Hope everyone else did too.
